Are you finding yourself burnt out? Feeling stuck, isolated, or traumatized by current or historical events? We feel the pressure to better this world but struggle with feelings of hopelessness and powerlessness. At times like these, it is vital to reclaim spaces of joy, safety, and connection within ourselves and the world around us. I am a queer, Jewish, immigrant with firsthand experience of needing to reclaim self within larger narratives of oppression and isolation. I know that this process can often involve navigating trauma and grief, and none of us can do this alone.
What does healing mean to you? How can this chapter of your life turn into a part of your story that lends strength and resilience? We will work together to turn weaknesses into strengths, reconnect with ourselves and the world, and find self-understanding and compassion. Therapy is about finding your own meaning and how you want to move forward.
Unfortunately, the path toward healing is not always easy or clear. What I can offer is an experienced, compassionate co-traveler as you find your way toward honoring your inner wisdom. I am ready to do the work alongside you and am excited to begin. I am welcoming new clients with video and/or in person sessions. Please visit my website to learn more.
