I am passionate about Sports Performance Therapy and have training and experience to implement sports psychology skills and techniques with athletes of all ages and levels in order to effectively identify, address, and resolve their struggles with performance and overall mental health issues. Using motivators such as meaning and purpose, my goal is for clients to feel and perform at their best – not just in their given sport, but also in their relationships and life concerns. I guide clients on relaxation techniques, positive self-talk, and their discovery of tools to cope with the pressures of competition, relationships, and life.
