My name is Max, and I'm a therapist and entrepreneur who has ADHD - and who specializes in working with other ADHDers. It wasn't until I got diagnosed that I truly understood that ADHD touches literally every part of your life - and it became my goal to support others with ADHD in recognizing and harnessing their symptoms to improve their entire quality of life.
I specialize in working with folks who are neurodivergent; I can help with ADHD, autism, and AuDHD. As a highly-skilled and experienced therapist, I have an eclectic and relational style that is a mix of trauma-informed therapy, experiential activities, relationship counseling, skill development, and executive functioning coaching.
