Hello! I am now accepting new clients for morning and early daytime. Although I enjoy working with a diverse population, I have extensive experience helping children, adolescents, and young adults. I also work with adult clients dealing with stress, life transitions, relationship issues, and grief. Need help with parenting? I provide one on one coaching for parents seeking help with parenting strategies, dealing with unruly behavior, discipline, and more. I have experience working with clients with anxiety, adjustment and behavioral disorders, college adjustment, depression, executive functioning, and suicide ideation/self-harm. In addition to Clinical Mental Health, I hold a Master's in School Counseling which I served in public education, giving me a unique skill set in school related issues.
