I am a Cognitive Behavioral therapist and my goal is to help you reach yours. Using a strengths based approach, I assist clients in exploring their goals and utilizing their skills to achieve them. Clients drive services, and will be met with empathy and warmth. It is my belief that a strong therapeutic relationship leads to effective work and long lasting change. I earned my degrees from St. John’s University and Rutgers University. I have been in the field for 10 years and have experience in a multitude of areas, but I specialize in anxiety, depression, anger control, behavior modification and trauma informed care.
My practice experience includes work with children, adolescents, adults and families. I have worked with diverse populations in both the public and private sectors and look forward to assisting clients restore balance for themselves and their loved ones.
