Hello! I am Maureen. I specialize in adolescent (16+) and adult mental health. I often work with clients in the Asian American community, adoptees and individuals who are dealing with depression, anxiety, life transition, adoption issues, relationship issues, self-esteem, adjustment, ADHD and trauma. With 12+ years of experience, I bring a variety of therapeutic approaches and techniques. My therapeutic style is collaborative, client-centered, relational and psychodynamic. I am an eclectic therapist that draws from a variety of frameworks and methods including but not limited to CBT and Lifespan Integration.
