In sessions, we will discuss how different environments and relationships affect your emotional state. You will learn the skills to move beyond feeling stuck and misunderstood. Learn to understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so you can work to bring them into balance and change the way you interact with your world.
I offer a collaborative approach, using Client Centered therapy to incorporate your skills and beliefs in the therapeutic process. In addition I merge Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, and Resiliency Training when and where needed. My office is located in Newtown Square and is a sensory friendly environment.
