My expertise with adults and pre-teen/teen girls spans over 20 years in private practice, I use mindfulness in the zen tradition, assisting clients with calming techniques. I encourage wise communication, self advocacy + mutual respect.
I am putting together a GROUP for preteen Girls: ages(10,11,12). My intention is to build a supportive environment outside of school: space that's free from worry, away from social media, both grounding + transformative.
