Young Adults Anxiety Management Group
This group is for young adults (18-30) dealing with anxiety, social anxiety, or just seeking a place to connect. Goals of this group are to: 1) learn about the functions/causes of anxiety 2) process anxiety that comes up day to day 3) build a sense of community 4) minimize effects of anxiety.
