I also have advanced training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) which is most effective for helping individuals who have difficulty controlling emotions.

My areas of interest include but are not limited to issues of aging and loss, geriatric counseling and consulting with families, women's wellness issues, and strengthening relationship bonds with couples and families.
