You're in the right place. I work well with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, life transitions, struggling with boundaries or interpersonal relationships. I also enjoy assessing and working with clients with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder.

I am a licensed mental health counselor based in Spokane, but I see clients throughout the state of Washington via telehealth. I utilize a variety of approaches based on your needs; First and foremost, I am here to collaborate with you about what approach will fit you best. I am Exposure and Ritual Prevention (ExRP) trained and use this when treating OCD.
