My mission is to help you find a greater sense of peace and contentment in your everyday life. We will start by addressing the stressors impacting your life today to provide immediate, effective, and meaningful relief. From there, we can explore the beliefs you have about yourself and others and how these beliefs can be the root cause of recurring discomfort. Through our collaborative work, we will challenge these beliefs and work towards more satisfying relationships, increased self-esteem, and more adaptive behaviors.

I work with you to create a safe environment within our relationship that allows us to explore issues that underlie depression, anxiety, loneliness, lack of fulfillment, and other uncomfortable and undesired feelings. I utilize a strengths-based perspective identifying each person's inherent ability to overcome what is preventing them from achieving peace.

I provide short and long term psychotherapy in a non-judgmental and supportive environment that promotes healing and the opportunity for personal growth. Each journey is sacred and unique and It would absolutely be my honor to walk alongside you on your path.
