My ideal client has general anxiety and depression. They range in age from adolescent, young adult, middle aged to seniors. I enjoy working with children but in person is best since play and art are used as approaches.
I have a very non-judgmental approach. I use active and empathetic listening, reflection and offer coping techniques with those who have panic attacks. My style is supportive and although I am not a CBT specialist use some of the concepts. My approach is eclectic and will offer input when it is appropriate. My style is collaborative.
