Hello. My name is Mattie Nogaye. I have been a Social Worker for forty-four years and licensed for twenty-seven years with experience across various service scopes including but not exclusive to clinical, training, teaching, managing, supervising, and mentoring.
My therapeutic work with clients/patients has a focus which is strength-based, solution focused and culturally sensitive. I utilized evidence-based practices such as Short-Term Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Trauma Informed Care.
