I believe therapy should feel like a safe environment where you are treated with openness and compassion. I bring deep knowledge alternative sexualities communities, including LGBTQ+, non-monogamous, sex positive, and BDSM/kink aligned people. I primarily work with men, and focus on a diverse presenting issues, including anxiety, depression, identity development, and relationship challenges. I also have extensive experience with clients struggling with problematic sexual behaviors and associated shame or guilt.
Therapy with me is a collaborative process, where it is my goal to provide you with the support and tools to navigate life's greatest challenges. I have an eclectic therapy style, but primarily utilize Internal Family Systems (IFS), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and psychodynamic theory to support our work.
The process of finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. My goal is to ensure that you have the best support you can get, wherever that may be. I invite you to reach out to me to schedule an initial consultation call, and to see how I can best support you as you walk down this path of healing, growth, and change. You've already taken the first step.

QNM: Queer & Non-Monogamous Support Group
QNM is a support group offering support for LGBTQIA+ people who are opening up their relationships, currently navigating non-monogamous relationships, or exploring non-monogamy as an individual. Non-monogamy can shine a spotlight on one's deepest relationship insecurities and fears, as well as highlighting one's strengths. It can be difficult for anyone, but navigating those challenges as a queer and/or trans person creates added layers of complication. This group seeks to provide community support and educational opportunity for participants as they newly navigate the challenges and joys of non-monogamy.
