I work with clients beginning or continuing their recovery from depression, anxiety, and anxiety-related disorders like OCD/PTSD. Many of my clients have been struggling for years with mental health issues and may have been through various therapists. They are looking for new and different ways to approach their mental health concerns. Fundamentally my clients want to liberate themselves from their struggle with negative thoughts and emotions and move toward what matters in life.
I help clients approach their intense emotions and negative thoughts with mindfulness, acceptance, and exposure. With Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, and EMDR, clients will learn to face these mental health issues and commit to a value-driven life.
I encourage anyone who wants freedom from the constant battle with anxiety, depression, and anxiety-related disorders such as OCD/PTSD to contact me. I offer a collaborative approach with all my clients and ensure it is a safe and compassionate healing place.
