Life Is Difficult! Talking to a psychologist in confidence can alleviate loneliness, anxiety, and depression. I've been practicing 20+ years with adults and teens! I treat mild/moderate mood disorders, anxiety, relationship dysfunction, career/work choices and stress, substance recovery and its relation to depression and anxiety. I help students/adults/professionals find purpose in their career-life/balance. I employ talk therapy approaches to alleviate symptoms, elevate the mood, increase self-awareness and existing strengths. I can be direct and humorous along the way. Prefer phone consultation prior to scheduling an appointment.
I employ an integrative model (Psycho-Dynamic/Existential/with Humor) when working with teens/adults/professionals. I am authentic in my approach, and I will not pretend to know it all. As a former US Marine I welcome all service members. I tap into your strengths to help you help yourself! Again, I prefer a phone consultation before meeting.
Patients typically find relief fairly quickly when coming in weekly or x2 monthly. I Prefer Venmo (settings on private), cash, checks, and cc's, accepted. I can provide a 'Superbill' for reimbursment from your insurance. individual $200.00, couples $240.00. I much prefer in person but will do virtual after I have gotten to know you if you can't come in.
