I aim to be a relational and interactive self-help book, with a focus on existential themes. Sessions with me feel friendly, but still personal, analytical, and occasionally emotional. I’ll likely try to teach you words, phrases, concepts, and practices I find useful. Think of me as a consultant for thinking and feeling your way through life.
I use a friendly and conversational approach to help you learn more about yourself, the dynamics of your world, and skillful practices you can use to manage inner and outer challenges. My therapeutic style balances thoughtful analysis, emotional processing, imagination, and (curiously enough) fun.
