This is the goal of many of my clients and I have been fortunate enough to see many of them succeed. Many of the clients that I work with have gone through overwhelming experiences that they feel still have control over their lives. Many of them are dealing with anxiety, depression, and PTSD, and some just need a little help through a difficult change in their life.
I work with clients to collaboratively set personalized goals that reflect what's most important to them, and we work together to reach those goals. I have many techniques that I use to help clients reach their goals from many different modalities and theories, but I have the most training and experience with EMDR and CBT.
