They often want to be able to do many things that they've been avoiding. Accomplishing these things is important to them because it helps them feel in control of their lives.
I work with clients to collaboratively set personalized goals that reflect what's most important to them. I use many techniques to help clients reach their goals from many different modalities and theories. Depending on the situation, we work together to determine the most helpful for you.
