Hello, my name is Matt and I have significant experience working with adults who are struggling with finding balance in their lives due to stress, addiction, and emotional health (Chronic Trauma, Anxiety, Depression). I have training in multiple therapeutic models and will work with you on a plan that meets your needs, identifies your strengths, and works on improving areas you struggle in. If your looking for personal growth, better ways of coping with stress, or just want to sit and talk with somebody who isn't your coworker or family member, I am here.
I wish we can categorize everybody as needing a particular treatment to help a particular person. Unfortunately, clients don't often fit into a particular diagnosis or treatment model. "People are not cars!" Everybody is different and no 2 finger prints are the same. Change comes one step at a time! If your new to therapy, Welcome!
