I have a passion for working with people in an intentional, collaborative way to allow for personal growth, healing, and restoration. I believe in providing a safe space for concerns to be shared and working toward sustainable, long lasting change that may result from counseling.
For over six years I have worked with adults, elders, and teenagers with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, self-harm, trauma, and addiction in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I am also Prepare/Enrich Certified, and am open to discuss spiritual concerns. I am also EMDR trained.
Often, when people seek out counseling, there may be fear or shame related to either the reason for seeking help, seeking help itself, or both. My goal will be to work with you to meet your goals in a way tailored to you, in a compassionate, professional way.
