I have worked with clients from various backgrounds, experiences and diagnoses, and have a particular passion for working with individuals who are commonly underrepresented and underserved in mental health spaces.

I actively acknowledge the impact of oppressive systems on mental health and overall wellbeing, especially for those with marginalized identities. In sessions, I typically use a combination of mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and reflective listening.
