I provide a strengths-based approach to therapy and utilize evidence-based modalities including Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I specialize in working with young to older adults and couples experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, substance and relationship issues. I work with young and older adult individuals and couples that are motivated for positive change in their thought processes, careers, relationships, daily habits, and lives in general. Clients that are open to forging a collaborative therapeutic relationship through which to grow and develop an increased sense of clarity and contentment in their lives.
I provide a safe, judgment-free space for clients to process.
