I have been there. I believe that therapy is a tool that can help you unpack what’s really going on and create a plan for sustainable change. I strive to create a safe, open, and judgement-free environment for you to process your anxiety and other mental health needs. I provide tools to help practice better self-care and improve your quality of life.
I utilize a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach and various cognitive-behavioral therapies to fit your needs. Everybody is different and I work in tandem with my clients to find the therapeutic approach that best suits your situation and preferences.
I have experience with anxiety, depression, addiction, OCD, trauma, and interpersonal conflict. I understand the unique challenges faced by the LGBTQIA+ community around sexuality and gender expression. I have worked with older adults and issues around aging.
