I have over 8 years of experience working in mental and behavioral health, including in therapy, addiction treatment, emergency mental health, and inpatient and outpatient treatment. I specialize in treating individuals struggling with ADHD and in working with individuals who identify as neurodivergent. I am conscious of the manner in which these individuals are at a higher risk for addiction, hospitalization, suicide, physical health problems, and social challenges (e.g., bullying).
I offer a holistic approach, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy combined with a philosophical perspective that incorporates the ideas and principles of Camus, Sarte, Nietzche, Aurelius, and Jung.
My goal is to create a non-judgmental atmosphere that makes every patient comfortable being honest, vulnerable, open, and ready for positive change.
