I take a holistic approach to treatment that addresses the underlying causes of emotional issues while also providing practical tools and strategies.

Among other modalities, I am trained in ACT, an evidence-based therapy that has been shown to be effective in treating a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.
