I know from my own experience, reaching out for help as a man can be challenging. Hiding behind the mask of “I’m ok” and burying emotions can seem like the right thing to do at first, but eventually this can become exhausting. This way of living can create a fast track to unhappiness. However, peeling back that mask, facing life's struggles, and finding your authentic self can be a challenge worth pursuing. Hi, my name is Matt, and I specialized in working with adult men through some of life's most difficult issues.
Whether you are feeling down, anxious, have experienced trauma, and/or are having difficulties connecting with your partner, I will walk alongside you and support you through this process. I pride myself on offering insight and education on coping strategies that break unhealthy cycles that no longer serve you.
It has been my privilege to create a safe space for men to freely express themselves without fear of judgment. I look forward to supporting you through facing life's challenges, finding your authentic self, and discovering your true purpose.
