My goal as your therapist is to help you identify and connect with your personal goals and values in order to live a more meaningful and fulfilling life. I specialize in helping clients learn how to overcome depression, manage anxiety, reduce or eliminate problems related to drug and alcohol abuse, and improve social and relationship skills.
I work with clients from a mindfulness-based perspective in order to process difficult emotions and experiences. This can help with identifying unwanted patterns, improving communication with partners, and regaining stability in your life. I use modalities such as Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Tapping.
I provide all clients with a safe and non-judgmental space. I believe in working towards acceptance of the self and incorporate this value in my work. In addition to meeting clients in Atlanta, I am also available for sessions online through a private, HIPAA-compliant TeleMental Health platform.
