Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is the gold-standard of couples therapy. It is through this therapeutic lens that we work together on creating a new and caring bond that has lasting results. At times, I also utilize Psychodrama, Experiential Therapy, & Brainspotting.
Around 10 years ago, my marriage was over - until we began Emotionally Focused Therapy. Now, as a clinician, I get to offer that same level of care through 3 day couples workshops/intensives.
