People show up to work with me because they're grappling with a new life situation, processing grief for a lost loved one, managing anxiety or depression, seeking greater connection with others, trying to heal a relationship, or just looking for a safe place to talk things through. I believe everyone has their own inner wisdom, and I want to help people recognize and attune to that wisdom, to help them reverse negative cycles and rewrite stories that create hardship and hold them back from finding meaning, fulfillment, and joy in life.
I hope to serve as a co-explorer on your journey of self-discovery and healing, bringing tools, compassion, insight and inspiration. The core of my work is existential psychology, and I also employ evidence-based interventions such as mindfulness, and tools from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
I believe a therapeutic relationship is built upon empathy and trust. I want to meet clients where they are and as they are. I work with individuals (of at least 13 years of age) and couples. Please reach out if you think I might be able to help!
