We all have emotions. They can help us, but sometimes they don't. Sometimes we get stuck and stop doing the things we love. Sometimes we run away, losing the chance to see how strong we can be. Sometimes we turn on our emotions, pushing them away because they hurt. If you want a different relationship with your emotions, if you want to move through being stuck, afraid, and avoidant, I would love to work with you.
I offer teletherapy for anxiety, depression, OCD symptoms, and post-traumatic stress. I specialize in evidence-based therapy (e.g., cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance-based). I work with clients to identify goals and move toward them. I'm relaxed, empathic, and collaborative. I also conduct ADHD diagnostic evaluations.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist (AR 202112) and professor at the University of Arkansas. I was trained at Oklahoma State University (M.S. 2012, Ph.D. 2016) and at the Medical University of South Carolina and Ralph H. Johnson VA (internship). I am a neuroscientist who actively publishes about anxiety and depression. Learn more at judahlab.uark.edu.
