My study and application of a variety of modalities inform my practice. These include: Coherence Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Hypnosis. I am also a trained and certified provider of Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT).
