Matt Porter MFT provides trauma-focused healing through EMDR and Mindfulness-based coping strategies. By developing strong internal resources to manage and heal the pain you feel, and through gentle reprocessing of past trauma and wounds, you can experience the joy of awakening as you heal from past trauma and embrace the present moment.
