My goal is to help you find quick relief while developing the kinds of solutions that have long term, positive results. Because everyone is different, I customize treatment to the specific needs of each person and I go at the client's desired pace.
I primarily treat depression/anxiety, addiction (including screen/internet/gaming addiction), adults with autism spectrum disorder, and couple's issues (betrayal trauma, intimacy, etc.). I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults ages 12 - 25 and couples at every stage of relationship including post-divorce/co-parenting.
I am Prepare/Enrich certified and have completed Gottman Level I training. For those who so desire, I provide an integrated approach with psychology and spirituality.
