I help my clients identify those indicators and make changes accordingly. Freeing up our blocks, allows in the life that we truly intend.
I've owned and supervised a private practice for over a decade. I am very familiar with different ways of doing therapy. However, I truly enjoy blending traditional therapeutic practices with a coaching mindset.
