I work with couples, adults, and adolescents at pivotal points in their lives. I specialize in life-stage transitions, emerging adulthood, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and attachment wounds. My goal is to be a resource for individuals and couples, helping to enhance and enrich every aspect of their lives. I aim to help you achieve outcomes that make life more meaningful, resilient, and hopeful.
My training includes extensive study of psychoanalytic theory, as well as several years of my own therapy. I hold a graduate degree from Boston University, where I focused my research on psychodynamic interventions and social engagement. My undergraduate education in theatre from DePaul University laid the foundation for my creative approach to therapy.
My office is located in Houston at The Center for Healing Arts and Sciences, where I treat anxiety and anxiety-related disorders, depression, and trauma recovery. Additionally, I offer Acupuncture Assisted Psychotherapy for patients struggling with treatment-resistant anxiety.
