I'm experienced with treating trauma, depression, anxiety, and interpersonal barriers using various methods. I am trained in EMDR, Somatic-based Therapy and Expressive Arts Therapy.

I understand that it can be scary to work on ourselves. There's a lot of unknowns about it and can be compared to climbing a mountain.
