Clients that I have seen have struggled with issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, relationships, self-worth, self-discovery, life transitions, neurodivergence, self-harming and suicidal ideation, aging from as young as 6 to their 80's. They have searched for guidance and direction that are specific to their wants and needs in their life. Some have only had to receive brief therapy while others have had the need for longer durations of therapy.
I believe in making therapy/counseling specific for each and every individual. I believe that the treatment should be transparent and practical as possible to meet the needs of each client. From my own personal experiences combined with my professional experiences I am able to provide the space needed for clients while applying the appropriate treatment.
With my background of over 10 years active duty in the Navy, numerous professional industries, my background in psychology, and having gone through my own struggles in life, I am able to relate and am competent with helping clients work through their own issues. Life is hard at times, therapy can be an important aspect helping through those hard times.
