I work with teens, adults, couples, and families to help them navigate through those parts of life. Whether you are dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, sexual concerns, a difficult loss, or you are navigating a new chapter in your life, I would love to be able to help. Every one of us has our own unique story, both the story that brought us to where we are and the story we are still writing. And those stories are complex, full of different relationships, motivations, and influences. I want to help clients make sense of the complexity and grow both individually and relationally.
I use a variety of therapeutic approaches including a family systems perspective, narrative therapy, attachment theory, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques. I also use the PREPARE/ENRICH inventory to help pre-marital couples get to know their relationship better.
