I work with men. Men that are dealing with the realities of being a husband, father, boss, caretaker, provider, etc. Men that are high achieving. Men that are Christian. Men wanting an honest, solution-focused path to living a healthier life. I'm not here to "therapize" you, or spend hours digging into your past. Though parts of your past may come up during our sessions, my focus is on the present and future. We focus on real change and personal accountability/responsibility.
I help clients create actionable goals to live a healthier life. My role is as a collaborator, helping you identify specific steps to improve, and hold you accountable along the way. I work with folks that are truly committed to change and are motivated to do the work.
