I use CBT, which looks at how one's thinking affects one's life. I use Motivational Interviewing, which helps me look at your goals and potential obstacles to those. I am well-versed in Non-Violent Communication, which can help people lead more fulfilling and authentic lives, through communication with oneself and others.
Reaching out for help can be difficult, but the results are worth it. I believe that when we are approached with curiosity and care, that we can find the happiness and success that we desire. I believe that the way we think can help us or harm us in life and that having a wise view of a situation leads to beautiful results.
