I specialize in working with queer and trans folx. Living in Central Oregon is often very isolating for this population and I would like my practice to support them. My background and training is in supporting pre-teens, teens, and young adults who are being oppressed by the system. I have worked with clients on probation and parole for multiple years and have experience in supporting through that experience. I also focus my practice on non-white individuals, the generational trauma that non-white folx continue to navigate every day.
I have training in navigating systems, dialectical behavioral therapy, and humanist approaches. I have extensive experience in working with families. Creating environments where clients can be seen and heard and in turn build trust to affirm their experience. I am also very passionate about witnessing folx growth during their journey.
