I am a sex therapist and relationship counselor specializing in working with individuals and relationships (mono, poly, mono-ply, etc.). I can help with issues such as anxiety, unhappy and conflicted relationships, desire discrepancy, sexual partner incompatibility, infidelity, midlife sexual changes, and exploring open relationships. I particularly enjoy helping women work through relationship confusion, midlife changes, sexual problems, and long-term couple issues. In addition, I work extensively with neurodivergent clients as individuals and within relationships.
I have extensive experience working with couples and individuals. I have also written multiple books related to the topic of counseling as well. I specialize in helping couples and individuals navigate both their sexual and relational landscape and have particular expertise in working with a neurodiverse population, including those with ADHD.
