I have worked as a Marriage and Family Therapist for over 21 years with adolescents and adults in private practice, community mental health and correctional settings. Over the years, my clientele have voiced appreciation for my style and approach when it comes to balancing therapy sessions with the perfect blend of humor, compassion and accountability. I specialize in working with troubled youth, sexual behavior problems, couples/family, and criminal behavior problems.
When a clinician and client are able to trust each other and work for a common goal great things will happen. I specialize in building a strong relationship with my clients so we can work together to achieve goals. It is important to identify strengths and build on them as we roll up our sleeves and remove the barriers to success.
Any change is difficult. However, the end results and outcomes are worth it. In my 20+ years in working with a wide variety of clients and challenges, I have learned how to help guide those wanting to make changes in the most comfortable way possible.
