I am a maternal mental health provider, working with moms who are longing for something more. Perhaps motherhood has found you feeling depressed, anxious, or overwhelmed with all your responsibilities. Perhaps you wonder if you’re doing this whole motherhood thing right and you worry about your future relationship with your children. Motherhood can be lonely, and I would love to journey alongside you using art therapy and counseling to help uncover patterns that keep you stuck. Your past doesn’t have to repeat as you parent your children. I can teach you tools to manage your emotions, build community, and THRIVE in motherhood.

As an art therapist, I get excited about using creativity to promote mindfulness with my clients! Creating art can be a great way to ground yourself when feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or overstimulated by noise. I am also highly empathic and am able to connect as we work together and explore what made you who you are today, as well as how to move forward.

I am a safe person to share your struggles with; I know how hard motherhood can be. If you do not feel like talking, we can just make art together in session. I meet you where you are with compassion, yet I do not let you stay there. I can help you if you are ready to make a change for yourself and your family.
