Depression, anxiety, and strained relationships are unfortunately common experiences for so many people. Learning ways to cope, changing habits, or developing new styles of communication can be difficult. Addressing these challenges is not something you need to do alone. Therapy is a helpful tool in getting to the root of the problem to facilitate lasting change.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for individual sessions and Emotion Focused Therapy for couples. However, what is more important than the type of therapy used is fostering an effective therapeutic relationship and providing a space free from judgment. We will developing goals based on your values and beliefs and collaborate to help you achieve them.
