The therapy I provide involves assessing the sources of stress and symptoms a client is experiencing, highlighting their strengths, teaching coping techniques, providing education related to mental health, and using talk therapy to work through problems, process difficult situations, and address thinking styles or behaviors that keep a client feeling stuck.
