My style is interactive, collaborative and client-centered. I use a variety of evidence-based interventions to help my clients create lasting positive changes. Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I spent 12 years working as a trauma-informed massage therapist, teacher and mentor in the bodywork community.
My clients tell me that feeling safe in their connection with me allows them to explore their relationships, goals and challenges more effectively. I strive to help my clients integrate the mind and the body so they can achieve emotional stability, create healthy boundaries and cope with life's challenges more effectively.
