It takes courage and vulnerability to be able to talk to a total stranger who may become a trusted counselor helping in your healing from trauma. Many of my clients in the past 25 years were both women and men seeking healing from childhood trauma, domestic violence,anxiety, PTSD, BPD,mood/emotional disorders, LGBTQIA+ population and the military families. I work with individuals, and couples. Healing and transformation can be a hard work. You do not have to feel alone. We can start this new journey of transformation together.
I use humanistic/cognitive therapy, DBT mindfulness approach. I provide counseling for those who suffer from PTSD, BPD, BP, depression, anxiety, ADHD, gender issues. I also work with our military.
